What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) remotely provides administrative, technical, and other support services. VAs help business owners streamline their tasks and improve productivity - saving them valuable time that they can put back into their business.

What services do you offer?

How do I know if hiring a VA is right for me?

Whether you are a small business owner or a busy professional, hiring a VA for administrative and other specialized tasks can help lighten your load. After filling out an inquiry form, we can schedule a discovery call to determine if my services are the right fit for your needs.

What are your rates?

Package rates start at $800 a month.
Each package is customized to your specific needs and goals. During our discovery call, we will discuss the details of our partnership. From there, a final rate will be determined.

How does the onboarding process work?

Following our discovery call, if we find that we are a good match, I will prepare a proposal outlining the details of our partnership. After you review the proposal and sign the contract, we'll be able to start working together! We will schedule an onboarding call to confirm any other details. Additionally, I'll provide a welcome packet containing further information.

Can I make changes to projects and adjust deadlines? What if I need a project to be rushed?

Of course! Project needs and deadlines can be adjusted as needed. Depending on how drastically your needs change, a new contract may be sent out. Please be mindful that a rush fee may apply to certain projects.

How will I receive updates on project completion?

Once I receive the signed contract, I will schedule an onboarding call with you to discuss how often and via what method you prefer to be updated on project completion.
